Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Capableprep, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Our Service

  • Capableprep provides Digital SAT practice tools, practice papers, answer review, progress tracking, and subscription-based access to additional study features.
  • We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we improve the platform.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and login sessions secure.
  • You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful educational purposes.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account access without permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
  • Subscription prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown before checkout.
  • Unless canceled, subscriptions may renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
  • You can manage eligible subscription settings through the billing portal when available.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support.
  • Refunds are handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
  • Canceling a subscription may remove access to paid features after the current billing period ends.

Acceptable Use

  • You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, interfere with systems, or use the platform for illegal activity.
  • You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display Capableprep content except as allowed by the service.

Educational Disclaimer

  • Capableprep is an educational preparation tool and does not guarantee any specific SAT score, admission result, or academic outcome.
  • Practice materials and analytics are provided to support study decisions, not as a substitute for professional academic counseling.

Intellectual Property

  • Capableprep, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Capableprep or its licensors.
  • You retain ownership of information you submit, but you grant us permission to use it as needed to provide and improve the service.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the service.
  • You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capableprep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties except where legally required.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
